Thomas William Osborn (1914–1969) was born in Moose Jaw. In 1931 he began working for Bird Construction in Regina as the branch manager. In 1947 he moved to Calgary and took the position of district manager for Alberta, British Columbia, and the Northwest Territories. He retired in 1968.

Osborn married Lentina Josephine Wolff (1913–1982). They had one son, Hal. He died on 9 September 1969 at age 55.
