THE CLIENT
Robert McKinley Nesbitt QC (1922–2018). He graduated Bachelor of Arts in 1947 fron the University of Saskatchewan and Bachelor of Laws in 1951 from the University of Alberta.
On 15 October 1951 Nesbitt married Jean Yvonne Pauline Dell (1930–2018) at Berwick United Church in Berwick, Nova Scotia. They had two children, Catherine and Carol. Nesbitt died on 9 March 2018 at age 95.
