The only information I've been able to find about this house is a real estate listing from 1959. Given it was for sale immediately after construction, presumably the client was a builder. In any case, it was an early Bill Milne design, which makes it noteworthy. An owner was listed for the first time in the 1960 Henderson's. This was David Laub, the district manager for Safeway. It was for sale again in 1978 and was advertised as a Milne design "for the discriminating buyer."
